     Have  you ever thought about  why you give so much importance when you  choose your food?  We often forget the fact that food  is on the tongue for only a few seconds and before it becomes  part of the body. Is it correct in my conclusion that most of the time we choose the food to satisfy the tongue and this wrong trend and today’s busy life is causing the increase of business establishments like cafes, restaurants,  fast foods and  bakeries.

Every one who cooks thinks about how to make the most delicious food full of nutrients for our body.  Cook food from our home by adding salt sour sugar and oil to our taste and health conditions also. Each member of the family is considered here.

     Combining cooking and sharing food at home increases the  bond of the family members.  Knowing the tastes and health status of each member of the family.   Open discussion and communication around the table at home everyday will give relaxation to all members of the family.  We take meals from outside daily. There are no  nostalgic feelings. Nowadays we know most of the children were studying  outside of state or country, then they settled there.  Isn’t it because  there are no memories left to awaken the feeling of keeping them in their own country?

Restaurants and others are  important to attract customers to the shop.  Processed foods  are often high in calories. Sodium and saturated fats are tends to obesity and other diseases

   Cooking is a creative process.  We can prepare food by using different ingredients in different techniques. We can find  food in new flavour  in new experiments. Having family members  at home to eat is the happiness of those who prepare food at home.
